This is some sort of crazy mold that appeared in the garden. It wasn’t there one day, then this bright yellow patch appeared the next day. The day afterward, it was this white foamy weirdness. A couple of days later, it had gone to spores. I hit it with the hose to try to wash it away, and instead, it blew spores 20 feet high, there was a big brown cloud of this crap flying around the yard.
